I have visited this restaurant as a family and as a couple, something that I really like is that they are flexible with people who, although we love Mexico, are very weak to resist chili like the nationals. So whenever I order my dishes it has an option without chili or very little without losing the delicious Mexican seasoning and the basic components such as tomatillo (green tomato), and others. I loved the scrambled eggs and the chilaquiles prepared according to my personal whim, that is a plus. You choose your ingredients, sauces and dressings. Be careful: cafe de roca is sweeter than the protagonist of an old Mexican soap opera. But stale, red or American coffee is delicious (they don't sweeten it ) They have beautiful and delicious French bread and my sister-in-law loves the milkshakes at this place. The portions are well placed, this is not a portion that leaves you wanting more, they are satisfactory portions; You even finish the portion with just enough. At least it almost always happens to me that I have to arrive with an empty belly to finish the dish and I am a good eater

A new place to have breakfast in the center of Zacatecas. And the only restaurant with fans! Something very pleasant during the hot months (we went in May). The service is spectacular and the chilaquiles are very delicious. Made to your liking and you can also add other things like enchiladas potosinas! I recommend the pot coffee too. A new place to try for breakfast in the heart of Zacatecas city. The service is great and the food fantastic. I recommend the cafe de roca and a classic mimosa. This is also the only restaurant I've found with ceiling fans! So nice during the hot months. (I went in May)
The truth is, the whole experience was good, the place was beautiful and felt comfortable. I ordered some spicy red chilaquiles with chicken and they were really delicious. At first when I saw the portion it seemed small to me but in the end I was satisfied and still hadn't completely finished them. The service was friendly and the timing was fair, I recommend it to go for breakfast.
Without a doubt the best place to eat chilaquiles and kill the hangover, excellent service and the food is on another level
